On September 6th, under the guidance of the Yunnan Provincial People's Association for Foreign Friendship, the Yunnan Civil International Friendship Exchange Foundation and the United States Claire Lee Chennault Foundation signed an agreement to establish a friendly exchange cooperation relationship.

Under the framework of friendly exchanges and cooperation, the two sides will jointly carry out people-to-people exchanges such as the Flying Tigers and teenagers, inherit the spirit of the Flying Tigers, and promote people-to-people friendly exchanges between Yunnan and the United States. The agreement was signed by Liu Chang, chairman of the Yunnan Civil International Friendship Exchange Foundation, and Jialan Hui, the granddaughter of General Claire Lee Chennault and chairman of the Claire Lee Chennault Foundation.
