On July 11, 2016, at the invitation of the forum organizer, Chairman Zhang Wenxue Leading the team, Liu Hexing, deputy general manager of the group, Liao Lihua, safety director of the group, Cui Zhouquan, secretary of the party committee and deputy general manager of Yunnan Phosphate Group Co., Ltd., and Zhang Zongfan, president of the Yunnan Chemical Research Institute, formed a delegation to Israel to participate in the second China ( Yunnan)——Israel Innovation Cooperation Forum, and inspected the related companies and technology research and development centers of Yihua Group.
 

    At the Innovation Cooperation Forum, Yuntianhua Group and Yihua Group signed four memorandums of understanding on strategic cooperation, including preparing to establish calcium-phosphate Salt Biomedical Center, China Road Repair Research Center, Yunnan Agricultural Center, Yunnan Energy Storage Technology Efficiency and Performance Evaluation Center, and Yunnan Molten Salt Application Research Center, further strengthen the two sides in medical use of phosphate materials, road repair research, fertilization and plant nutrition , water cycle for agricultural use, energy storage technology efficiency and performance, molten salt application research and other fields of exchange and cooperation.
 

    Chairman Zhang Wenxue was invited to give a keynote speech at the Innovation Forum. In his speech, Zhang Wenxue gave a comprehensive introduction to the progress of the cooperation between Yihua Group and Yuntianhua. He pointed out that the innovation cooperation between China and Israel has a good foundation and complementarity. The cooperation between Yihua Group and Yuntianhua is China's ( Yunnan)—a representative cooperation project signed and implemented by China and Israel since the establishment of the Israel Innovation Center. After candid communication and intelligent integration, the two parties used the thinking of "innovation + cooperation" to seek common ground while reserving minor differences. Finally, in January 2016, they jointly established a research center, a joint venture company, Yihua Group invested in Yuntianhua shares, The three aspects of becoming a strategic investor of a listed company have cooperated smoothly, and all work is currently being advanced in an efficient and orderly manner. The successful cooperation between Yuntianhua Group and Yihua Group benefits from the great attention and strong support of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government. Yuntianhua Group will fully grasp and make good use of development opportunities, further deepen the cooperation with Yihua Group, and work together to build the joint venture company into a leader in the phosphorus chemical value chain in the Asia-Pacific region.

   ;  During the visit, the delegation visited the Haifa Research Center, Dead Sea Factory, Rotem Factory and Rotem R&D Center of Yihua Group in Israel, and had in-depth communication with the on-site R&D and management personnel. Learn about Yihua Group's experience and achievements in the production, research and development, and management of potash and phosphate fertilizers.

    In November 2015, the first China (Yunnan)-Israel Innovation Cooperation Forum was successfully held in Kunming, and China (Yunnan)-Israel Innovation Center was established on the same day. The Innovation Center is committed to serving Yunnan's industrial transformation and upgrading and enterprise development, assisting and organizing Yunnan enterprises and institutions to learn and learn from Israel's advanced technology, discover opportunities for cooperation between China and Israel, and incubate and accelerate the implementation of cooperation projects between the two. The cooperation between Yuntianhua Group and Yihua Group is a representative cooperation project of China (Yunnan)-Israel Innovation Center and one of the largest investment projects of Israeli companies in China. In the future, it will surely provide more impetus for the sound development of the two companies, and will also make more positive contributions to the friendly cooperation between Yunnan and Israel, mutual benefit and win-win results.
