Yunnan Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries

In order to strengthen management and ensure that the project is implemented as planned and achieves the expected results, the Yunnan Friendship Association held a work dispatch meeting for the "Heart-to-Heart Yunnan Tour" project on July 17. More than 70 people from relevant provincial departments, mass organizations, scientific research institutions, hospitals, social organizations, prefecture and city friendship associations, and some Yunnan Province's overseas commercial representative offices attended the meeting online and offline.

The heads of 10 units, including the Yunnan Provincial Commercial Representative Office in Nepal, the Yunnan Provincial Commercial Representative Office in Maldives, the Baoshan Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, the Dehong Prefecture Foreign Affairs Office, the Nujiang Prefecture Foreign Affairs Office, the Provincial Ecological Environment Foreign Cooperation Center, the Yunnan Non-Government Promotion Association, the Alternative Planting Association, Kunming Rooting, and the Kunming Foreign Economic and Trade Association, reported on the progress of the projects.

Secretary-General Peng Shaoyun affirmed the achievements made by the project implementation units in the implementation of the projects and also pointed out the existing problems. He required all relevant units to speed up planning, implement the projects strictly in accordance with the project proposal, continuously enhance the project identification, continuously standardize the management and use of project funds, carefully sort out good experiences and practices, ensure the completion of the projects within the year and submit project summaries in a timely manner.
