Internal working platform of Yunnan Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries

In 1993, under the active promotion of people friendly to China, Yunnan Province and Toyama County started friendly exchanges and cooperation.The two sides established China Yunnan-Japan Toyama Friendship Association and Japan Toyama Prefecture China Yunnan Friendship Association respectively, and the people-to-people exchanges are close.Since 2001, the two provinces and counties have cooperated to carry out the technical trainer project. Up to now, 29 people from Yunnan Province involved in environmental protection, medical and health, agriculture, architectural design, tourism, Japanese education and other fields have gone to Toyama County for training. The project has promoted Yunnan Talent exchange and non-governmental friendly exchanges between the province and Toyama County.

From October to December 2022, under the recommendation of the Yunnan Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, I was honored to shoulder the important task of deepening understanding, exchanging cultures, and consolidating the achievements of people-to-people exchanges. I went to Toyama Information and Business College in Japan to carry out a three-month Japanese Education and training.The content is Japanese professional knowledge and teaching Japanese to foreigners living in Japan.During the training period, with the help of Japanese teachers, I overcame the huge difficulties in Japanese teaching in a relatively short period of time, tried to systematically sort out and make up for my professional Japanese knowledge, and entered the role of training as soon as possible. Language learning teaching for international students who are new to Japanese.The open class also received unanimous praise from students and Japanese teachers.

In addition to training, I actively communicated with members of the China Yunnan Friendship Association in Toyama County.The members of the Toyama Yunnan Friendship Association are composed of ordinary citizens who love China and Yunnan. Over the years, they have done a lot of fruitful work to promote friendly exchanges and cooperation between Toyama County and Yunnan Province.After arriving in Toyama, the Toyama Yunnan Friendship Association held a grand welcome ceremony for me, and gave me a friendly and warm welcome to my friend from Yunnan.I also actively participated in local international exchange activities, and served as the person in charge of the China Corner at the "International Exchange Week" hosted by Toyama County. I used various methods to spread the voice of China to the people of Toyama and international friends, tell Chinese stories, and promote understanding of different cultures. international exchange.

At the graduation ceremony of the training, Shinichi Hiroshima, Minister of Life, Environment and Culture of Toyama Prefecture, appointed me as the "Honorary Friendship Ambassador of Toyama" on behalf of Hachiro Nitta, the governor of Toyama Prefecture. He hoped that I would be a bridge and link for friendly exchanges between Yunnan and Toyama in the future, and expand Yunnan and Toyama. I am deeply encouraged by the heavy friendship between the two provinces and counties to promote the friendly relations between the two provinces and counties to a new level through exchanges and enhanced cooperation.

This training opportunity is rare and has benefited me a lot.I sincerely thank the Provincial Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries for its recommendation, allowing me to have such a rare learning experience and life experience.In the future, I will apply the knowledge and skills I have learned in the training to my work and contribute to the Japanese education in Yunnan.At the same time, fulfilling the mission of "Toyama Honorary Friendship Ambassador", actively participate in Sino-Japanese friendly exchange activities, and contribute to the advancement of Sino-Japanese friendship.
