On January 19, Wang Yu, the full-time Vice President of the Provincial Foreign Friendship Association, held a working exchange with a delegation. Wang Yu introduced the achievements in economic and social development of Yunnan Province to the delegation, and stated that since Yunnan Province and Salawik City established an international friendship between cities in 2017, the two provinces and cities have frequently visited each other. The exchange and cooperation in fields such as economy and trade, culture, education, and tourism have yielded rich results, continuously strengthening the shared historical emotional links of "Zheng He" and "Nanchao Machinery", and enriching the connotation of the friendship between the two cities. It is hoped that both sides will leverage their advantages of geographical proximity, similar culture, and complementary resources to continuously explore cooperation potential in multiple fields, injecting new vitality into the sustained development of the friendly provincial and city relationship.

Luo Xiaoxia stated that her brief visit to Yunnan was highly fruitful. By conducting in-depth investigations into Yunnan's resource economy and park economy, and focusing on learning beneficial experiences in industrial park management models, investment promotion mechanisms, cross-border e-commerce and digital economy models, innovation ecosystem, and enterprise support services, the visit has explored paths and laid the foundation for further enhancing mutual understanding, promoting practical cooperation, and consolidating friendly relations.

During the visit to Yunnan, the delegation toured the Kunming High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Kunming Economic and Technological Development Zone, Chenggong New Area, and the West Shore Corridor of Dianchi Lake, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the economic and social development of Yunnan Province and explore cooperation opportunities.
