1. Job Responsibilities
1. Formulate and implement strategic planning and overall plans in accordance with the work objectives determined by the Foundation;
2. Cooperate in planning and executing the foundation's fundraising activities, expand diversified fundraising channels and models, coordinate and promote the entire process of fund raising, and establish and maintain good relationships with donors and supporting units;
3. Responsible for establishing contacts with government or non-governmental organizations, developing project resources, and expanding cooperation channels;
4. Responsible for the planning, application, contracting and implementation of projects such as cultural exchanges, foreign aid, and charity;
5. Carry out brand building and public communication of major projects, and actively spread the foundation's purpose, philosophy, projects, brands, etc.;
6. Responsible for connecting with regulatory departments such as the civil affairs department and the social organization management center to carry out the foundation's annual audit and term change, and ensure the foundation's compliance operations;
7. Handle other matters related to the foundation’s business.
(II) Job Requirements
1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love the motherland, abide by laws and regulations, have good conduct, have good political literacy and professional ethics, understand the relevant policies and regulations, organizational management, and business processes in the field of social work; have not been subject to criminal penalties, party discipline or administrative sanctions, or been expelled from the unit;
2. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in sociology, management, international relations and other related disciplines or having obtained a social worker certificate is preferred;
3. Have strong writing skills and be able to write design plans, project reports and promotional manuscripts for public welfare projects and charity fundraising activities;
4. Good at communication and exchange, have strong organizational coordination and management skills, understand the characteristics of public welfare activities and the operation process of public welfare projects, and those with experience in charitable institutions or organizations are preferred;
5. Have certain financial knowledge and be able to ensure the standardized use of foundation funds, complete procedures and compliance with procedures;
6. Candidates who can speak English fluently are preferred;
7. Proficient in using computer office software;
8. Have a strong sense of responsibility, mission and team spirit, be proactive and enthusiastic at work, have innovative thinking, and be able to adapt to business trips.
(III) Salary and Benefits
The probation period is 2 months, and the lump sum salary is 3,500 yuan/month. After becoming a regular employee, the salary will be 4,000-4,500 yuan/month, subject to interview.

1. Registration

(II) Qualification Review
The Foundation will screen and review the qualifications, resumes and other materials of applicants based on the recruitment conditions and job requirements, and notify those who pass the review by phone of the specific examination time, location, etc.
3. Examination
1. Written test. After the qualification review, the written test will be organized for qualified candidates in due course. The test content includes administrative professional ability and job ability test. The written test is conducted in a closed-book format, with a full score of 100 points and a passing score of 60 points. The written test scores are ranked from high to low, and the list of candidates for interviews is determined according to the ratio of 1:3 between the planned number of positions and the number of interviewees.
2. Interview. The interview has a maximum score of 100 points, and the passing score is 70 points. Applicants must undergo a qualification review when attending the interview, and must bring their original ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, and other relevant certification materials required by the job application, as well as originals and copies.
After the exam, the comprehensive score will be calculated based on 40% of the written test score and 60% of the interview score.
(IV) Physical Examination and Employment
Applicants who pass the examination shall provide a health certificate and a pre-employment physical examination report from a tertiary hospital. After comprehensive consideration of the written examination, interview and physical examination, the candidates to be employed shall be determined and the employed persons shall be organized to sign a labor contract with the third party.
