The red gene inheritance of the young men in China and Vietnam hand in hand—Yunnan Province holds a practical activity for the young pioneers of China and Vietnam to celebrate the "June 1" red study theme
From May 27 to 30, the red study theme practice activity "China and Vietnam Youth League Hand in Hand in the Red Generation Congregation Celebrate the Growth of June 1st" co-organized by the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Provincial Youth Working Committee, the Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, and the Provincial Working Committee for Care for the Next Generation was held in Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture.
During the event, the Young Pioneers of China and Vietnam visited the Beishan Campus of Hekou Guomen Primary School affiliated to Yunnan Normal University, held friendly football matches and exchanged table tennis skills in the school. The Young Pioneers of the two countries broke the language barriers through sports exchanges and formed innocent friendships in sweat and cheers. At the Youth Activity Center of Hekou County, the Young Pioneers of China and Vietnam painted long scrolls of landscapes with colored pens. The Great Wall written by Chinese children echoes each other with the Halong Bay outlined by Vietnamese children, which means that the two countries are connected by mountains and rivers and shared destiny. In addition, children from the two countries also jointly experience traditional Chinese ethnic activities such as making rice dumplings and the intangible cultural heritage "Yao Embroidery" to promote cultural exchanges and integration between the two countries.
In the cultural performances celebrating the "June 1st" ceremony, young and young children from both countries performed on the same stage and jointly interpreted the charm of diverse cultures. When all the staff sang "The Same Song", the national flags of China and Vietnam waving on the stage formed a red ocean, witnessing the sincere friendship across national borders. Vietnamese Young Pioneer Du Hemei said in a less fluent Chinese language: "Today's activities are very meaningful, such as playing football, making rice dumplings, etc., which will give me a better understanding of Chinese culture. I hope to have more opportunities to participate in China-Vietnam student exchange activities in the future."
During the event, the Chinese Young Pioneers also organized a red study and study activity, went to Kaiyuan to explore the history of the city and felt the changing Chinese power; visited the Memorial Hall of the Mengzi Branch of Southwest Associated University and the site of the First Congress of Yunnan of the Communist Party of China, Chanipi, and traced the glorious years of Mongolia since its 100 years; went to the Sino-Vietnam border mark to draw red for the boundary monument.
From Kaiyuan's history to the pulse of the era in the free trade pilot zone, from the spiritual baptism of the red site to the opening picture of the border port, this event comprehensively demonstrates the historical development and changes of the border cities in Honghe Prefecture, and also reflects the profound heritage of China-Vietnam cultural exchanges. With the continuous and in-depth development of the "China-Vietnam Cultural Exchange Year" series of activities, this youthful friendship that crosses national borders will be like the rushing water of the Red River, with a long history, injecting continuous youthful vitality into the long-term development of bilateral relations.
The event attracted more than 100 Young Pioneers and Young Pioneers counselors from Yunnan Province, China and Laojie Province, Vietnam, to participate, building a bridge of friendship and exchanges for young and young people from both countries.
