Recently, the launching ceremony of the Burmese Women's Home Construction Project of the Yunnan Provincial Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries "Heart to Heart Yunnan Tour" jointly implemented by the Dehong Prefecture Foreign Affairs Office and the Dehong Prefecture Women's Federation was held in the Ruili Border Industrial Park. More than 100 Burmese female workers from the park participated.

The project will carry out 16 training sessions over a five-month period, focusing on daily Chinese language, laws and regulations, hygiene and health, hobbies and interests, etc. It aims to help Burmese female workers overcome language barriers, better adapt to work and life in China, strengthen legal awareness, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, improve health literacy and self-care ability, and enhance their sense of integration and identity in China.

After the project was launched, the first phase of health and hygiene and Chinese language training officially kicked off, focusing on dengue fever and other insect-borne infectious diseases prevention and control knowledge and Chinese daily expressions. The Burmese female workers participating in the training were enthusiastic about learning, and they all expressed their gratitude to China for providing training opportunities, which allowed workers in China to learn more about disease prevention and control knowledge and Chinese culture, which would help them work and live in China, and hoped that more similar activities could be held in the future.

The project is jointly organized by Ruili Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, Municipal Women's Federation, Municipal Health and Family Planning Bureau, Border Industrial Park Management Committee, Municipal Women and Children Development Center, Yunnan Yunyu Law Firm and other units.

From 2022 to 2024, the Yunnan Provincial Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries implemented a total of 34 "Heart-to-Heart Yunnan" small and beautiful projects in Myanmar, covering areas such as infrastructure construction, humanitarian assistance, student aid, drinking water safety, ecological and environmental protection, agricultural cooperation, and cultural exchanges, benefiting people in Yangon, Naypyidaw, Shan State, Mandalay, Myitkyina, Rakhine and other places.
