Recently, the handover ceremony of the Nepal Solar Public Bathroom Project and Rooftop Photovoltaic Power Generation Project, sponsored by the Yunnan Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and implemented by the Yunnan Provincial Commercial Representative Office in Nepal, was held in Lalitpur, Kathmandu Valley. Insufficient tap water supply and frequent power outages are common in the Kathmandu Valley and other parts of Nepal. The public bathroom project delivered this time is equipped with 4,000 liters of solar hot water facilities and 6 shower rooms, which can accommodate 100 people for bathing every day. The bathing wastewater has been treated It will be used for toilet flushing and reused on site; the rooftop photovoltaic power generation project has an installed capacity of 36 kilowatts and an annual power generation of approximately 60,000 kilowatt hours, which can continue to provide free power supply to local communities.
