Lu Jin said that Honghe Prefecture has outstanding advantages in opening up along the border. In recent years, it has cooperated deeply with the Provincial Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and jointly organized the "China-Vietnam Transnational Spring Festival Gala and Border People's Gala", which is deeply loved by Chinese and Vietnamese officials and people, from the fields of culture, economy, ports, youth and other fields. Mutual trust and exchanges between border areas and people have been continuously improved.Next, we are willing to work with the Provincial Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries to carry out distinctive international sister cities and people-to-people diplomacy activities, continuously enhance the international influence of Honghe Prefecture, and serve the construction of China's radiation center for South Asia and Southeast Asia.
