On April 29, the Yunnan Non-Governmental International Friendly Exchange Foundation’s re-election meeting and the first meeting of the third board of directors were held in Kunming.Wang Yu, full-time vice president of the Provincial Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, attended and delivered a speech. Directors and supervisors of the second and third councils of the Cloud Foundation attended the meeting.


The meeting reviewed and approved the Cloud Foundation's "Work Report of the Second Council" and "Financial Work Report of the Second Council", and listened to the "Work Report of the Supervisors of the Second Council".

The meeting elected directors and supervisors of the third council of Yunnan Foundation. Liu Chang, director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office of Yunnan University for Nationalities, was elected chairman of the third council. Zhou Qun, former first-level researcher of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Commerce, was elected vice chairman and concurrently Secretary-General Huang Ying, Secretary of the International Department of Yunnan Construction Investment Group, and Wang Yunmei, Director of the Institute of International Agriculture of the Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, were elected as Vice Chairman.
