On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Indonesia and the 70th anniversary of the Bandung Conference, from May 15 to 18, Wang Ning, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, led an Yunnan Provincial Friendship Delegation to Indonesia to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping's diplomatic thoughts and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech during his inspection of Yunnan, conscientiously implement the important consensus reached by President Xi Jinping and President Prabowo, implement the deployment of the Central Peripheral Work Conference, and deepen pragmatic exchanges and cooperation between Yunnan and Indonesia in agriculture, tourism, education, culture, economy and trade, and better serve and promote China-Indonesian friendly relations.

Yunnan helps farmers in the Jatiluvi region of central Bali Province to purchase organic rice seeds, fertilizers, agricultural machinery and equipment and other production materials, and carry out organic agricultural technology training.Provide guidance from breeding to terminal sales, help local farmers produce high-quality rice products that meet market demand, improve farmers' planting technology, help farmers increase their income, drive the long-term development of local organic ecological agriculture and rural agricultural tourism industries, and inject new impetus into pragmatic cooperation between Yunnan Province and Bali Province.

This year, the Yunnan People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries will continue to implement the demonstration project of organic rice and ecological agriculture and tourism cooperation in Bali Province, and continue to promote the construction of the local modern agricultural system and the development of rural ecological tourism industry on the basis of the 2024 project.Help the local area to explore the advantages of ecological resources, agricultural resources, and cultural resources, create new rural tourism formats such as "pastoral coffee shops" and farming experience, and inject new impetus into local farmers' income growth, agricultural efficiency, and rural development.
