Wang Yu said that the China-Myanmar Friendship Association has been deeply involved in the cause of China-Myanmar friendship for a long time and is an important bridge to promote people-to-people exchanges between the two countries. As the forefront and main province of China-Myanmar cooperation, Yunnan Province plays an important role in exchanges and cooperation with Myanmar. The Provincial Association for Foreign Friendship is willing to strengthen cooperation with the China-Myanmar Friendship Association, further deepen the traditional friendship between the two sides, promote practical cooperation in the fields of people's livelihood, humanities, economy and trade, science and technology, agriculture, education, and youth, and help build a community of destiny between China and Myanmar.

Ding Wu said that the traditional friendship between China and Myanmar has a long history and is as deep as the sea. Yunnan Province is the closest province in China to Myanmar, and has made positive contributions to the friendly relations between China and Myanmar and to the in-depth pragmatic exchanges and cooperation in various fields.
