雲南省対外友好協会内部工作プラットフォーム

4月2日-3日、2026年全省外办主任会议暨友协友城工作会议在昆明召开。省外办党组书记、主任杨绍成作工作报告。会议 insists on taking Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, especially Xi Jinping’s diplomatic thought, as the guide, conscientiously implements the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the spirit of the previous plenary sessions of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and the spirit of the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping on his inspection tour of Yunnan, deeply studies and implements the spirit of the Central Foreign Affairs Work Conference, the National Local Foreign Affairs Work Conference, studies and conveys the spirit of the full (enlarged) meeting of the Provincial Party Committee Foreign Affairs Work Committee, summarizes the foreign affairs work of the whole province in 2025 and during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, analyzes and judges the current situation and tasks, and deploys the key work of the whole province in 2026.

会は、2025年、全省の外事工作が良好な成果を上げ、党の对外事工作的のリーダーシップが持続的に強化され、特色大国外交の有力且つ効果的な支援、高水準の開放が高品質な発展の成果を著し、外事助企惠民が不断に強化され、民間外交と姉妹都市工作は優れた成果を上げ、「一带一路」沿いと周辺国の安全工作は実体的で固い。『『十四五』』の間、雲南の外事工作は、目立つ成果と多くの宝貴な経験を収め、国家の総合外交の全体の状況に有力に貢献し、沿い中心の建設を推進した。

会は、2026年が「十五五」の冒頭の年であることを強調し、現在の外交工作が直面する情勢を正しく把握し、外交工作に赋能作用を強化し、特色優位性を発揮し、精密な政策を展開する必要があるとし、党の外交管理、付近工作の一体推進、放射中心の建設、外交工作を人民のためへと活用する、友邦都市と市民外交工作の充実を断然に実施する等方面で力 Strongly. Xi Jinping外交思想を深く理解し、実践し、持続的に全面的な Party Management と strict governance of the Partyを推進し、正解の政務成果観の育成と実践の学びと教育を深化し、Yunling外交工作 iron armyを鍛え、Yunnan外交工作的高質発展を持続的に推進し、 「十五五」の冒頭が円滑に始まるよう全力で支援する。
